Did you happen to see the lovely programme on TV about the household cavalry? I was very amused to see the horse riding training episode, where several of the youngsters had enormous difficulty getting onto their horses. Some also fell off as soon as they were asked to canter.
Well, I thought, they are having to do it without their stirrups, so fair enough, but then I recalled a photoshoot from a couple of years ago.
Here’s Selina, as you can see, not only no stirrups, but also bareback, and in her tiny little red playsuit!
Amazing long legs of course, but she’s galloping across the field.
I’m quite sure the young potential cavalrymen would love to be able to ride like her.
